Small Tomatoes

Pre-dessert: two fake “datterini” (particular quality of small tomatoes) obtained with basic acid ingredients:  passion fruit, pineapple and raspberry.

Served during hot months, when these small tomatoes are to be found in the fields, useful to prepare ones palate for the dessert, drawing up and putting away the salty world from the sweet one.
